At E-Jyotish.com (“Site”, “we”, “Our”), we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of providing your birth details & address to get your personalised Astro Report. We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below.

Changed your mind or did not like the product and claim for exchange or return ?

Since the E-Jyotish Astro Report is an made to order product based on your birth details we can't exchange with any other Astro Plans.

If you are totally unsatisfied with the quality or the product you can claim for refund within 3 days on receipt of the Astro Report and we shall refund the amount, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

If the goods are returned because of change in mind and you wish to return it – we would refund the amount on receipt of the shipment, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

Received a damaged product or quality issue ?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will arrange for the replacement with new Astro Report based on your plan selection. Please send us an email on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with an image of the damaged.

Mis-shipment?

Ordered an Astro Report Plan as per your selection and received another, Sorry for the unpleasant surprise. Inform us and we will arrange to collect the wrong product from you and reship the right product to you at the earliest

Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage or mis-shipment, We will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment.

How will I get refunded?

Your replacement or credit will be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of the returned item at our office. Please allow 15 days for the credit to appear on your statement. In the event that a replacement item is not available a refund will be issued to your Credit/ Debit Card, Bank Account – Net banking, Cheque – COD; depending upon the mode of payment.
